To Whom It May Concern:
I met Jim at a property I was deciding to remodel to continue to rent or possibly sell. Jim immediately presented a very positive perspective. Within an hour he offered me options; sell it to him as is, remodel low end, or high end & he provide contractors. My wife & I live in WI & found it increasingly bothersome renting our KC home out. So, my (our) decision to sell as is was attractive to me especially having to deal with realtors, contractors, lawyers, service providers & those involved in operating a house from afar.
I met Jim on the 17th of May and received a check in the mail from the mortgage company yesterday, June 3 for the buyout on the property.
